Published filename is incorrect.


This is only a minor issue, but it could throw off people not familiar with how to name the XML files generated from this tool.

Basically I created my .pshproj, used the 'Publish XML Help to file' option under the Actions menu, saved the file and then moved it to the same directory as my dll.

The default filename is {ModuleName}.Help.xml. This is wrong. For PowerShell to be able to 'read'the file, it must be named {ModuleName}.dll-help.xml

So the default extension should be changed (if possible) to .dll-help.xml

This is the case when module is binary. For script-based modules it is not the requirement.
